About GFHA

The Great Falls Housing Authority owns and operates five Public Housing complexes, a Section Eight housing program and 32 units of Affordable Housing in Great Falls, Montana. The Public Housing and the Section Eight programs provide rental assistance to income eligible individuals.

The GFHA is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners appointed by the Great Falls City Commission. The community members of the Board serve five-year terms and the resident members serve two-year terms. All members serve without compensation.

Mission

The Great Falls Housing Authority will responsibly and respectfully make safe, basic, affordable housing for qualifying residents.

The Public Housing and Section 8/HCV programs provide rental assistance to income-eligible individuals.

GFHA is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners appointed by the Great Falls City Commission. The Board consists of five community members and two resident members.
