The seven-member Board of Commissioners governs the Great Falls Housing Authority and is responsible for establishing policy, approving the annual budget, and hiring the Executive Director. 

The Executive Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the Great Falls Housing Authority and implements policies established by the board.

Board meetings are generally held on the third Thursday of each month. Meetings take place at the Great Falls Housing Authority boardroom at 12 noon.
